Being on a promotion tour for "In Blue" after "Breathless" turned out to be a big success on US radio, the setting for this video was kind of logical: New York's Times Square. As this is naturally a very busy place (it's located in the middle of Manhattan), the Corrs were extremely lucky to get the mayor's permission to keep all their equipment on a pedestrian island in the middle of zooming Times Square traffic for three whole days (27th - 29th August 2000).
Director Joseph Kahn has also worked among others for Eminem, U2, Enrique Iglesias, Destiny's Child, Brandy and Moby.
Many of the neon signs which are a trademark of Times Square were removed from the video during post-production for reasons unknown.
Trivia
The bonus tracks are the same ones that can be found on "In Blue Special Edition".
